Reiki Level I ~ Hands-On Healing
Hands-on healing is not a new or esoteric concept. When
a child cries or a friend is hurting, we offer the comfort of a gentle touch of our hands (imagine the difference if we were
to offer an elbow or a knee instead). Universal healing energy surrounds us in abundance, and our hands are effective vehicles
for conducting this energy to and through ourselves and others.
The Level I training includes the basic principles and history of Reiki, as well as the passing of the Reiki
I attunement from Master to student. The attunement raises our vibration and intensifies the energy that passes through our
Reiki Level II ~ Distance Healing
Distance Healing is a phenomenon that occurs any time we convey a message like "I'll be thinking
of you" or "Send them my love." People who engage in meditation or prayer are likely to experience a sense
of their thoughts and prayers and intentions traversing infinite distances.
The Level II training includes learning three sacred symbols and a model for using them
to enhance hands-on healing and to send healing over a distance. The passing of the Level II attunement further raises our
vibration and intensifies the energy that passes through our hands and through our intentions.
Prerequisite: completion of Reiki Level I
Reiki Master Level ~ Teaching Reiki to Others
While there is only one Master attunement, there
are three separate trainings at the Master level.
Reiki Master Level Part I
includes the passing of the Master attunement, as well as learning to draw the Master symbol and pass the Level I attunement.
We will develop and employ methods for teaching Level I to students.
The passing of the Master attunement raises our vibration still further, intensifying the energy that passes
through our hands and through our intentions and now through our teachings.
Prerequisite: regular practice of
Reiki I and II over a period of 6 to 12 months.
Reiki Master Level Part
II includes learning to pass the Level II attunement. We will develop and employ methods for teaching Level II to students.
Prerequisite: completion of Reiki Master
Level Part I.
Reiki Master Level Part III includes learning
to pass the Master attunement, as well as addressing methods for teaching Master Level Parts I, II and III.
Given that everyone in the Part III class is already a Reiki
Master with experience in training Reiki students, emphasis will be on sharing insights, challenges, materials and questions
among the students and teacher.
